How does payments work/How do I pay?
Any Credit or Debit card(Mastercard/Maestro/Visa/Americal Express/Diners/RuPay) with 92 international currencies, so we’ve got you covered.
Will I be automatically upgraded to new plans as new features are introduced?
If you’ve subscribed to any of Shopprone’s paid plans during the Introductory stage & the plan you subscribed to has been revised, you’ll not be charged more unless you upgrade to the newly revised plan.
What Platforms do you integrate with?
We Integrate with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Instamojo Stores along with your Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Mailchimp Accounts.
I’m upgrading my plan during the middle of a month – will I be charged as per the new plan for the entire month?
Once you upgrade to a new plan any time of the month – your billing cycle will be reset(i.e. You’ll be charged again in +30 days) and you’ll have to clear an invoice for the old plan adjusted to the number of days you’ve used it.
Does the annual sales limit apply for each store?
In case you’re connecting multiple stores as part of your Plan, the Sales limit apply for all the stores combined, eg. if Store A + Store B do more than $50k in sales combined, you’ll have to subscribe to the Plus Plan.
Can I connect stores running on different platforms on a single account?
Yes, you can connect as many stores as your plan permits, even if they are on different platforms.
